While crypto prices have been hit, along with most equities and bonds, the damage appears to be limited. Of particular note is how the crypto space saw fewer downtrends last week when priced in BTC and didn’t perform badly in USD either.
The ByteTree Crypto Average (BCA) still scores zero, meaning there is no rush to pile in just yet, but it is reassuring to see some of the more promising projects hold up well against Bitcoin. That presumably reiterates that the crypto bear is over, and despite bumps in the road, a new bull is emerging.
Bitcoin moves can be jerky, as demonstrated last week. But putting things into perspective, it’s doing well.
